I love the power of the spoken word and Toastmasters is what I consider my speaking-gym. It's the chance to prepare, practice and deliver a speech when there is no other "stage" available.

In this video I explore what I call the "symphony of life" which is how we all need - at one time or another - the helping and guiding hand of someone or some people who have been where we are heading and can now invest the time to help others on their own journey.

Our words can be the tonic a person needs. They can be the medicine another requires. They can be what lights the match of inspiration for someone to alter how they lead their life.

One of the most amazing opportunities everyone one of us has is the choice we can make in how we see ourselves which then ultimately is how we then present ourselves to the world.
